Another tasty way to serve specks!
2 Pounds fresh fish 1 inch thick
Bakeing dish large enough to hold fish in single layer
seanoned salt such as lawreys or Tony's
2 tablespoons lemond juice
1 red onion,thin sliced
1 green bell pepper,thin sliced
1 large tomato, seeded,chopped
2 cloves gralic,peeled,minced
4 ounced feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried organo leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 cup white wine
PROCEDURE:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
oil bakeing dish
sprinkle with seasoned salt and lemon juice and lay in bakeing dish
add onion,green pepper,tomatoes and garlic
crumble Feta on vegetables,sprinkle olive oil,oregano and basil on top.
Pour wine "AROUND" fillets
Bake uncoverd 20 to 25 minutes until fish is flaky.
Option: Place under broiler to brown cheese.
